Don Martin and I are just back from the ITA Spring Collaborative at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Houston, TX, and we are already looking at ways to apply some of the best practices we learned from our fellow members.
As an Account Manager, Spencer manages the ongoing accounts of our live websites. He also works on custom development projects as requested by the owners of said websites.
Spencer is a transplant from Charlotte, NC, but has called Greenville home since graduating from Clemson in 2014. When he's not at work, you can usually find him wandering around downtown looking for a good time, or running with his dog.
Providing a reliable online presence to existing and potential customers involves quality presentation, usability, and performance.
Consumers have come to expect a certain experience when they browse and shop online. (You can thank Amazon, among others for this phenomenon.)

Robby started out here at Website Pipeline as a software developer on our ERP team, but because he has mad customer service skills, he has since been moved into a project management role.
Project managers focus on getting new websites up and running (live), and then make sure our customers are happy and everything is working like it's supposed to before turning them over to the account management team.
When a new project comes in, Robby takes over the show- working directly with the client to build in the features they need, and walking them through the logistics of their website.
His experience as a software developer on both the front end and back end (erp team) has helped him to understand how things work under the hood, and also enabled him to contribute some development work on his projects.
He is an essential link between the technology of our product and our customers.
Last Wednesday afternoon, Website Pipeline developers Neiman Schwartz and Nathan Welch made the weekly trip to Pelzer, SC to coach and mentor the bright young minds at Spearman Elementary's after school robotics program.
They were gracious enough to let some members of our Marketing team tag along to take some pictures and see what the program was all about.
Matt Tingen is, you guessed it, yes another software developer on our team. (We have a lot of them)
As a part of our product release team, he consults, quotes, plans, and develops features and upgrades for our ERP-integrated websites. He also troubleshoots and fixes any problems as they inevitably arise.
The product release team ensures that features added and changes made to our demo/model site are high quality and stable.
Greenville, SC — Apr 8, 2016 — Website Pipeline, the market leader in ERP-integrated eCommerce, announced today its sponsorship of Sage Summit 2016, which takes place July 25-28 in Chicago, Illinois.
John Mark is a bit of a rennaissance man, in that he is a man of many interests. If you've got a question, he's probably got an answer. We can't guarantee the validity of these answers, but they usually sound pretty authentic.
As a product management technical lead, he manages the project development team, writes code to get new sites live, and handles any live project site issues.
