Employee Spotlight: Louis Roselli

I'm responsible for the underlying architecture for ERPDriver, as well as for overseeing the work being done by any other software engineers working on the ERP Development Team. I'm a mentor for new and lower-level developers in the company, as well as for all the members on the ERP Development Team.

I help train all employees on ERPDriver, and also basic knowledge on how most ERPs work (Primarily, Sage 100). I take ownership of any ERPDriver development plans and have supervisorial responsibilities in delegating work and ensuring that software projects come in on time and under budget. I also help manage a team that integrates the customer's ERP system to our website by integrating our sync tool "ERPDriver". I consult with customers to discover if there is anything custom or needed in ERPDriver to solve a problem.

What project/goal that you worked on are you most proud of?

Learned how to build apps for Apple Devices. Learned how to use and build my own PHP frameworks. Learned how most ERP integration works with our websites.
